Commercial Service Agreement

The following will be periodically performed on the HVAC systems

1. Cleaning - Filters changed quarterly.  Filters will be supplied by Comfort.  Belts are billed separately.
2. System Inspection - Complete check out twice yearly.  Once in fall/winter and once in spring/summer.
3. Lubrication and Adjustments - Equipment components will be lubricated and checked for operation. Any repairs needed at time of inspection will be billed as emergency service.
4. Emergency Service - Emergency service will be provided during normal working hours. Parts not under warranty from manufacturer  will be provided with a 10% discount.   Labor is billed at $60.00 per hour prorated in fifteen minute intervals.
5. Emergency Service - After normal working hours. Emergency service after normal working hours is available at quoted prevailing rates, plus trip charge.
6. Exclusions - No cooking equipment or hoods, hot water heater or other plumbing equipment.
