    - a/c only………………………$175.00 / year

This price is for two checkups per year - one for the winter and one for the summer. A/C only customers have only one inspection per year.

    What the customer gets:

    1. Inspection twice a year (or once depending on system type).

Other points to note to customer:

  • If they should need any repairs they will only get charged labor and materials.  For example, if we are there a half hour they only get charged for a half hour, and they also get the 10% discount on parts and refrigerant.
