Follow Directions

From manufacturers in the use and maintenance of gas appliances. Seek professional help if necessary.

Keep Combustibles

Such as paper, paints and rags away from furnaces, water heaters, ranges and dryers.

Teach Children

To respect gas appliances and to never play with or try to light the appliance.

Maintain Gas Furnace

In good working order. Keep pilot lights lit and be sure to replace or clean the filters on a regular basis.

Make Sure

Gas appliances are properly vented. Natural gas needs air to burn safely and efficiently. Make sure your furnace and water heater are vented to the outside of the building. If using a water heater insulation kit, be sure not to cover up the control access door or other air supply. (Directions are supplied with the kits).
