Service CallsRESIDENTIAL SERVICE CALLSCall us at 540-373-8471 to schedule a service call. Residential service calls have two price components—diagnosis & repair. The diagnosis fee is $92.50 ($80 for Comfort Club Maintenance Agreement customers), and the repair fee is determined by the problem that your technician identifies. Your technician will discuss the diagnosis and subsequent repair fee BEFORE he completes the repair. Some repairs can be completed at the time of diagnosis—our technicians have an arsenal of parts on their vehicles to cover many common repairs. Other repairs will require a part to be ordered. Our dispatch team will contact you with a timeframe for receipt of the part and schedule a return trip to complete the work.
Repair fees are based on a number of factors, including the difficulty of the repair, ease of access, and the manufacturer/age of your system.
Comfort Club maintenance agreement customers receive 10% off the cost of any repair, in addition to a discounted rate for the diagnosis/trip fee.
